First IEA SHC Task 71 Workshop:
How to determine ecological and economical heating and cooling solutions for a sustainable future
Due to the fast dynamics in the field of Heating and Cooling Technologies and the consequent rapid development of their regulation, the most efficient guidelines are being discussed in many countries worldwide.
IEA SHC Task 71 is focused on ecological (LCA) and economic (LCoH) assessments. The task will provide an overview of the various regulations along with an analysis of the differences in regulations.
This first workshop of Task 71 aims to identify the most critical obstacles between the end-users and the manufacturers and bridge the work with LCA and LCOH to support and ensure a positive environmental impact of Heating and Cooling Technologies.
Date: 18. October 2023 from 9:00 to 13:00 (CET)
The workshop is held at Fraunhofer-Institute for Solar Energy Systems ISE, Germany.
It will also be possible to follow the workshop online, but we ask that you still register and please indicate in the "special needs" section whether you will be attending on-site (in Freiburg, Germany) or online. Online participation will have restricted access to the workshop, with only the ‘chat option’ open for comments and questions.
