ExCo meeting
The meeting will be held at Movenpick Hotel in Westbay, Doha. Rooms have been reserved at the hotel at a special rate of 530QR (145USD) per night including breakfast and transfer from the airport. A double room is an additional 100QR (27.5USD) per night.
The meetings, buffet lunch, and the coffee breaks (two per day) are fully sponsored by GORD.
Please complete the attached Excel file and return it to Esam Elsarrag. GORD will book your hotel room and make the arrangements for your airport transfer. lf you prefer, you can email the hotel directly with your reservation to Munir.Harahap@movenpick.com and he will be able to assist you.
Green Expo
For speakers who confirmed participation in the Green Expo there is a separate registration form and you will be staying at the Ritz Carlton Hotel. GORD will book the hotel and pay for those days for the SHC speakers. The list of confirmed speakers was based on the forms sent last July. If you would like to attend (not present) the Green Expo and/or Technical Tour please contact Esam Elsarrag (e.elsarrag@gord.qa).
Registration
Please register for the meeting by September 30th by completing both the Registration Form and the Participant List and return them to Esam Elsarrag (e.elsarrag@gord.qa) and Pam Murphy (secretariat@iea-shc.org).
